No Added Sugar Carrot Cake

Spelt flour, organic coconut sugar & coconut oil.  Naked - no icing, no topping, nothing extra - just delicious cake, unless you want to add a message and decoration further down the page.

Diabetics often prefer xylitol as a sweetener.  This almost sugar free carrot cake; unfrosted with just 1.5g of natural sugar per 100g (thank you Sweet Carrots!). Sweetened with xylitol which is low in calories. NOT FOR babies/pets; excess xylitol may cause a laxative effect.

Ingredients: Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour [Wheat], Xylitol, Water, Carrots, Pure Coconut Oil, Baking Powder (0.87%), Lemon Oil, Baking Soda (0.35%), Cinnamon, Natural Flavour (0.17%)

Nearly sugar free carrot cake base with just 1.5g of natural sugar per 100g (thank you Sweet Carrots!). Topping has naturally occuring sugars but can easily be removed.
